Return & Refund Policy

We really hope you enjoy your experience with us, if you are dissatisfied please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue you have.

We operate a 14 day refund policy. You have 14 days from the purchase of a ticket/product to notify us with your refund request. We will require proof of full payment and all goods must be returned at your own cost in the condition they were sent.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] we will require proof of damaged item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund courier costs.

In the event you have to cancel a booking for one of our experiences we would ask for 48 hours notice, if we are notified before the 48hr notice you will be offered a refund or you can reschedule for a later date. If we are notified after the 48hr notice we can reschedule but it will be subject to a rebooking charge of €25 for our Cocktail Masterclass and Sunday Afternoon Gin & Tea and 10 euro for Distillery Tour.

In the event you are eligible for a refund you generally receive the refund withing 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rebel City Distillery, Unit P6 Marina Commercial park , Centre Park Road , Cork T12XHP7

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes can be redeemed by clicking “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”

In the event the code has not been entered and or not entered correctly on any of our promotions we will not be able to issue a refund.
