Black Pudding and Apple Sausage Roll Ingredients
450g Black pudding
280g Sausage meat
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Puff Pastry Sheet
1 Egg
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Method
Mix stuffing meats together and add seasoning.
Grate apple and mix well.
Roll out the pastry and cut in half.
Spoon out mixture, roll and cut into pieces.
Move to a lined baking tray and pierce twice, egg wash and add sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°c for 20mins.
